It just a nylon stretchable straps that are tighten to carry the bicycle. You just have hooked the straps in the bike’s frame to let the bicycle stays on its place. It is also easier to lift and can be easily stored. This is good choice if you are just renting a vehicle and need to carry a bicycle. As an important reminder, the straps should always be tightening properly.
